Our anti-collision library fully complies with the ISCWSA SPE-67616 standard for wellbore positioning uncertainty calculations. Additionally, it supports the ISCWSA SPE-187073 and SLB SPE-121040 standards for calculating the Oriented Separation Factor (OSF) during the anti-collision scan. The library has been validated using ISCWSA benchmarks.

The Ellipsoid of Uncertainty (EOU) calculation functionality supports more than 100 tool types from ISCWSA sets A, B, and H, including continuous gyroscopes.

The anti-collision scanner enables fast scanning to determine the minimum OSF. In addition to the standard method, the library implements a progressive scanning method that helps avoid issues with OSF underestimation, as described in SPE-184644 and represented on the picture below.
