Our Team

Konstantin Bulychenkov, Principal Founder

Konstantin received a BSc in electrical and mechanical engineering in 2005. From 2008 to 2014, he worked as a lead MWD engineer and drilling operation support engineer in Siberian and Caspian regions. He was involved in drilling of 500+ wells including deep water and ERD. His responsibilities included real-time drilling optimization, advanced survey support, anti-collision monitoring, and technical supervision for MWD, LWD, and DD operations. In 2014, he joined an R&D team in Houston as the principal contributor for development of Definitive Dynamic Survey-While-Drilling. Concurrently, he contributed to GyroSphere development: a new MEMS Gyro-While-Drilling tool. At the end of 2019, Konstantin became a principal founder in MWD STD project of the next generation MWD survey processing platform.

Victor Ploskikh, Principal Scientist & Co-Founder

Victor received a PhD in applied mathematics and physics in 2009 at Saint-Petersburg State University (Russia). In his research, he developed imaging processing algorithms and software for novel single-photon emission tomography, in which he focused on high-performance calculations and precise sensor modeling. As a postdoctoral researcher, he developed mathematical models of human biological processes and led the R&D software development group of positron emission tomography. Additionally, his area of research interest includes navigation for drilling oil and gas wells. In 2019, he developed a novel algorithm and software for MWD and gyro measurement fusion based on precise error modeling. Currently, Victor is working on the technical part of MWD STD project.
