Troubleshooting interface is designed to provide Survey Specialist with the tools for survey analysis and manage Manual correction withing the system workflow.
To open Troubleshooting panel you need click 
in the tile of the run in Dashboard.
Troubleshooting interface provides data summary(reference, surveys, continuous inclination, BHA design, WBG, plan) and Survey Specialist tools. To start working with the interface, click MAINTENANCE; the well will be out into MAINTENANCE mode. On Dashboard such a run will be marked with 
.
In MAINTENANCE mode the system blocks any change of the well (data input, edit well/borehole/run inits, etc.).
Survey Specialist tools:
- MSA correction result: error terms and uncertainties
- Survey filter panel allows to hide surveys from the system. To review changes click CALCULATE, then, if everything is fine, click SAVE & EXIT to close MAINTENANCE mode
- Extended QC flags
- Dynamic FAC plot for multiple runs. To select the number of recent runs on the chart, click SHOW LAST # RUNS box.
- Inclination and azimuth plot for multiple runs. To select the number of recent runs on the chart, click SHOW LAST # RUNS box.
Survey Specialist can lock MSA/manual correction coefficients, so the system will stop recalculate correction. To switch to Manual Correction, click MANUAL. 
Then you will be able to change correction terms in Correction values panel:
To review manual correction locally, click CALCULATE. If you need decline the changes, click RESET. If everything is fine, click SAVE & EXIT to close MAINTENANCE mode. In Manual Correction mode the system does not run MSA and uses correction terms defined by Survey Specialist.
To exit MAINTENANCE mode, after any changes you must click CALCULATE or RESET, otherwise EXIT button will be inactive SAVE & EXIT.
